LSDS Release Notes.
Welcome to our LSDS Release Notes page. ​We are constantly making improvements so that our customers always benefit from up-to-date software. Some of the changes are directly visible on the LSDS platform, others are more in the background to enhance performance and ensure up-to-date security standards.

Release 9
Release date: 09-15-2023
In marketplace, product references such as similar product or replacement can now be included for better guidance and user experience. Also product remarks can be handled better and on a more individual base. Many technical and technological improvements were made in the background as well.

The Inventory Manager has been enhanced with a Sales Order Request function allowing vendors who are managing warehouses for customers to reorder their products including an email based approval workflow to be compliant with customer requirements. Also new notification and report possibilities have been added. For more details on all new features, please check the release note document.

Release 8
Release date: 05-15-2023
We are introducing our new catalog validator with Release 8. The validator is automating the catalog uploading process and ensures better control of the uploaded catalog data and more accurate and more consistent catalog data. A new image handling improves the handling of image URLs provided by vendors and manufacturers.
The Inventory Manager now includes a better handling of shopping lists and provides a better overview which shopping list has already been collected. It is now also possible to book deliveries directly from fill requests without using the warehouse in between. For more details on all new features, please check the release note document.

Release 7
Release date: 02-15-2023
With Release 7, we are introducing an enhanced live price and product availability check for selected vendors. We are no longer checking the correct pricing only but also provide information about product availability, current delivery time and more. Enabled vendors have the word "Live" in the add to basket icon.
We have included the warehouse-less inventory management in Release 7 for more flexibility to manage products in LSDS Inventory Manager. For more details on all new features, please check the release note document.

Release 6
Release date: 09-15-2022
The highlights of the new Release 6 are an enhanced DEA regulated item check for punchout catalogs. Ariba readiness of the LSDS platform. A new dashboard for the Inventory Manager module providing an easy overview at a glance. The device manager can manage lab instruments easily and many more features. Release 5
Release date: 05-15-2022

The highlights of the new Release 5 are an updated version of the inventory manager mobile app available for iOS and Android. Support of long text transfer to a procurement system in case additional information on the purchase order is needed. An impact analysis tool to calculate catalog price changes based on spend going through the LSDS platform and many more features. For all details, please check the release note document.

The highlights of the new Release 4 are an advanced search for the users to complete more specific searches. An external price check for enabled vendors to ensure price accuracy. A new design of the inventory manager mobile app available for iOS and Android. An order list API to allow third party platforms sending products to the shopping cart directly and many more features.
